6 sessions over 3 months to get you started or 15 sessions over 6 months for a more in-depth healing journey

Focused on reducing emotional & comfort eating episodes and building food & body trust.

12 week:599 euros or 200 per month for 3 monthly payments

Hybrid Program

16 week on line programme with videos, meditations and exercises that open up weekly on an on line portal.

It’s covering all the topics on the 6 month programme except you will be working through this more on your own.

You will have 4 sessions with me spread out over the 16 weeks.

Each week we will check in over email. You will have accountability questions to answer which I will receive and reply to.

This is a good option for someone who likes working on their own and its at a reduced fee.

If you would like extra sessions with me we can arrange that with an extra fee per session.
