Payment policy

If paying in full for the programme payment must be received at least 3 days in advance of the 1st consultation

If paying in instalments for the programme. The first payment needs to be made 3 days in advance of the first consultation. Further invoices must be paid within 3 days of receiving the invoice. Due dates will be stated clearly on all invoices.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your appointment up until 48 hours before your consultation. A rescheduled appointment will be offered to you afterwards.

If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the consultation 100% of the fee is due. This would mean that you would lose 1 of your consultations on the programme.
